Daily In-Store Pop-Ups

Looking to boost sales, get acquainted with new customers and spend an afternoon at Makers? Popping up at the store is a great way to do all 3!

Booking Limits: Vendors may book a maximum of two pop-ups per month per location. Booking beyond this limit will result in automatic cancellation, and fees will be refunded.

Product Policy: Vendors are prohibited from selling wholesale-purchased products (e.g., from AliExpress, Temu, Amazon) without alteration. Violation of this policy will result in immediate expulsion without refund. Makers may cancel your pop-up within 24 hours of booking if we feel you do not meet the criteria for selling within our wholesale + product policies. Cancellation Policy: Pop-ups are fully refundable if cancelled at least 2 weeks in advance. Cancellations within 14 days of the scheduled date will receive only a 50% refund. To cancel a pop-up or for any questions, please email [email protected] for BC and [email protected] for AB

Membership Requirement: Vendors do not need an active membership at any Makers location to book a pop-up.

Booking Window: Calendar dates open for booking 30 days in advance. For example, July 7 bookings open on June 7, July 8 bookings open on June 8, and so forth.

Stock Pulling: Vendors must refrain from pulling stock from their shelves if they are already vendors at Shop Makers.

Equipment Responsibility: We provide a table, but vendors are responsible for bringing their own products, display, chair, and payment processing system.

Code of Conduct : All vendors, regardless of affiliation, must adhere to the Makers code of conduct during pop-ups. Respectful behavior toward staff and the space is mandatory. Failure to comply may result in cancellation without refund or future participation bans.

METROTOWN SATURDAYS: Due to overwhelming demand, Saturday pop-ups at Metrotown are now chosen by store management. They cannot be booked with the form below. If you are interested in a Saturday pop-up at Metrotown, please apply here:
