Ending Your Agreement

Makers memberships operate on a 3-month contract that automatically converts to a month-to-month arrangement after the initial term. If you wish to end your contract and not renew for another month, please follow the steps outlined below:

Complete the Cancellation Form: Fill out the form provided below to initiate your cancellation. Notice Period: Makers requires one month’s notice for cancellations. Your move-out date will be one month from the date of form submission, or the end of your current payment period if you have already paid beyond one month. Confirmation: A confirmation message will appear once your form has been successfully submitted. We will also notify you of your exact contract end date within 5 business days.

Item Collection: You will have a maximum of 30 days to collect all of your items after your end contract date. If your items are not collected, they will be shipped and stored at your expense. See more info here.

Automatic Renewal: Per your membership contract, all memberships renew automatically if proper notice is not provided. Official Communication: Do not email retail stores, staff, or higher management to communicate your cancellation. Emails do not qualify as providing notice to cancel your membership.
