Restocking / Vendor Drop-in Hours
These are the days and times that you can be at the store restocking your product, or making changes to your display. Please remember to be thoughtful of store capacities, your fellow makers' space and customer experience when tending to your display. It is important that you DO NOT visit the store outside of these hours, because you will be turned away at the door.

Restocking times will be different for each location in November and December. Reminders will be sent out at the start of the holiday season via email from each location's management team.
Black Friday: No restocking on Black Friday and Black Friday Weekend.
Christmas / Boxing Day: No restocking from Dec 23 - Dec 27, please ensure you have sufficient stock for the holidays.
If you are planning to restock with a new product not previously sold at Makers, or a product outside of your niche, you must recieve management approval first before bringing any new product(s) in by using the form below:
Guidelines for Running an In-Store Promotion
To run a promotion, vendors must meet the following criterias, unless agreed upon with the store manager (of each store you are in):
- Signage Requirements: Vendors must provide clear, secure signage within their assigned space. Out-of-town vendors may ship signage or request the store team to create signage on their behalf. Contact your Store Manager first, as in-store sign creation depends on the team’s capacity and is not always possible. Shipping signage is preferred if you're an out of town vendor.
- Promotion Notification: Email the store manager with promotion details (promotion amount, how the promotion will be implemented and promotion timeline) using the contact information here.
- Product Labeling: Each item must be individually labeled with promotion details (e.g., "10% off" or "Buy 2 Save $20") for seamless checkout.
- OR Price Adjustment in MVPOS: Alternatively, you may adjust your pricing directly in MVPOS instead of individually labelling your products.
Non-compliance with these guidelines may result in the promotion not being implemented. As part of our code of conduct, we ask that all vendors follow our policies and procedures. When in doubt, please contact your Store Manager!
