Staff Gifting Policy

Gifts are a fantastic way to say thanks to our store teams that work hard 7 days a week to ensure as many customers know about you and your amazing products, and so that everyone succeeds at Makers! Gifts are not required by any means, but our store teams are always grateful to recieve a little treat or thank you for their hard work :)

You may give gifts to staff in the form of your product, product discounts or products from other brands such as gift cards, etc. Cash or monetary gifts are not an acceptable form of staff gifting.

Note that gifts may be provided to staff solely as a token of your appreciation and are given as "no-strings attached" offerings. Gifts may not be given as bribes, to encourage favouritism or to be used as sales incentives.
