You are welcome to decorate your space as you see fit and mix it up as often as you like! We recommend remerchandising your space at least once every few months, with season touches, to keep it feeling fresh.



Display Sizes

2ft, 3ft and 4ft Displays

  • All 2ft, 3ft and 4ft displays must be a maximum of 1.5ft deep & 7ft tall (not including signage)
  • Any displays that are over their width or over depth will be subjected to an oversized fee.
  • All 2ft, 3ft and 4ft displays are provided by the vendor and can be different formats (peg board, hooks, clothing rack, etc) and do not necessarily have to be a shelf.

Entry Shelf

  • 1.5ft Wide
  • 1ft Deep
  • 18in between shelves
  • A max height of 18in on the top shelf
  • 3x rows
  • Exact measurements vary slightly by store, please contact your store directly for specific measurements
  • Entry shelves are provided by the store.


Recommendations

  • For 2ft, 3ft and 4ft spaces, please include LIGHTS, all displays will have access to power
  • Light wood or white shelving is recommended, darker shelving can work, but lighting is absolutely needed for them.
  • A BIO or 'About You' with information about your story, where you are from, and what makes your products special!


Requirements for Displays and Products

  • Your space must be fully stocked upon move-in, including products relevant to your category.
  • You must maintain a fully stocked display at all times. We encourage bi-weekly maintenance.
  • All display items, products, and props must fit within your assigned space dimensions.
  • Wall-mounted displays require Store Management approval.
  • Any damage to the walls (including screw holes) must be repaired within 7 days of a shelf being moved or removed.
    • Mounting into the wall does not exempt you from store remerchandising and shelf movement policies.
    • If damage is not repaired within 7 days, a $150 repair fee will be applied to the card on file.
  • Signage must be clear, aesthetically pleasing, and include business cards with your contact information.
  • Bring your own tools if required for setup—retail stores do not provide tools or building materials.
  • Do not paint or wallpaper your wall. Peel-and-stick paper is also not permitted.
  • Remove all garbage (e.g., cardboard, bags) from the store after setup. If you make a mess, clean it up before leaving (sweep/mop as needed).
  • All products must be labeled according to our Labeling, Coding + Pricing Your Products guidelines before entering the store.
    • Staff are not permitted to add, modify, or change product labels for vendors.
