membership fees & billing membership fees are collected monthly via automatic credit card withdrawal vendors are responsible for ensuring that a valid credit card is on file sufficient funds are available on the payment due date this policy applies to all membership accounts improtant payment rules sales payouts cannot be used to cover membership fees e transfers are not accepted as a form of payment payment timeliness & late payments vendors are expected to remain up to date on all membership payments repeated late payments may result in account restrictions or membership termination frequent late payments (3 or more) if your membership payment is late three (3) or more times within a six month period , your membership may be terminated what happens when a payment is late notifications you will receive reminders if your payment becomes overdue if further action is required 14 days late payout suspension if payment is not received within 14 days of the due date all sales payouts will be temporarily paused you will be notified and asked to settle the outstanding balance reinstatement payouts will resume once the balance is paid in full any missed payouts will be included in the next scheduled payout 30 days late product removal + payout suspension if payment remains unpaid 30 days after the due date product removal all products will be removed from shelves or made unavailable for purchase final notice you will receive a final notice requesting immediate payment reinstatement products and payouts will be reinstated once the outstanding balance is paid in full further action if payment is not received within the timeframe outlined in the final notice, additional action may be taken, including membership termination legal steps to recover the overdue amount need help updating your credit card information? if you need assistance updating your billing details, please contact our membership & payout coordinator how to update your credit card email mailto\ nadia\@shopmakers ca with the subject line update billing method include the following in your email your business name the location(s) of your membership you will receive a secure link to add your new credit card within 2 to 3 business days
