 To ensure a smooth onboarding process and ongoing management of your products, out-of-town vendors must follow these guidelines Move-In Timeframe Vendors are expected to move in within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.  For vendors shipping products, your package must arrive at the destination store within this timeframe.

 All retail stores have Vendor Drop-In Hours for you to restock and refresh your display.  These hours change seasonally, please check regularly with your store.

Vendor Drop-In Hours

 To ensure a smooth onboarding process and optimal use of our available spaces, the following policy applies to all vendors accepted into our stores Initial Timeline Vendors have 2-3 weeks from the date they are accepted and pay their deposit to move into their designated space.  If the vendor anticipates any delays in moving in, they must notify the applicable store manager at least 24 hours ahead of their schedule load in/set up time.
