Monthly Billing and Fee Collection

 Shop Makers uses Stripe Express to send your sales earnings directly to your bank account twice a month, on the 1st and 16th .  You will set up your Stripe Express account once during onboarding using the one-time setup link in your MakersPOS settings.

Stripe Setup and Troubleshooting

 At Makers, we use Stripe to process all in-store customer payments and send your sales earnings directly to your bank account .  Payouts are issued twice a month , so you’ll receive your sales regularly without needing to take any extra steps.

Sales Payouts

 You will receive an email notification when your payout is initiated (by the end of the business day).  Please note that our headquarters is based in Vancouver and operates on Pacific Standard Time.

Membership Rates

 Makers adds a 13% 'Operational Fee' on all retail sales transactions.  Makers retains the Operational Fee to cover additional expenses that accumulate as your sales grow - tissue paper, shopping bags, gift wrapping, as well as credit card transaction fees and payout transaction fees.
