july 22 2026 new announcement makerspos 2 0 launch reminder august 4 after months of development and testing, makerspos 2 0 is launching! 🎉 important dates monday, july 27 new membership payments will be paused while we transition systems existing payments are not affected login information will be sent by email you will need to reset your password, but your login email will remain the same sunday, august 3 (7 pm pst, after stores close) the current makerspos site will switch to view only mode no inventory updates or edits can be made after this time we will complete the final data migration monday, august 4 makerspos 2 0 officially launches historical sales and inventory data from september 2023 onward will be available in the new system all sales moving forward will be processed through makerspos 2 0 new login url pos shopmakers ca https //pos shopmakers ca you will receive your login link and password reset email on july 27 you can log in after that, but your data will not appear until the august 4 launch what’s changing? makerspos 2 0 brings more vendor tools into one place, including managing your memberships requesting membership changes updating payment methods downloading invoices selecting move in dates for new store placements the new system also includes improved reporting, more accurate inventory tracking, and additional features that will continue to roll out coming later this year more flexible payout options, including payout frequency selection and same day payout options product variants with unique skus what stays the same? your vendor code remains unchanged your existing skus remain unchanged inventory management, sales reporting, and tracking will continue to work in a familiar way we’ll continue updating the help centre with guides and resources to help you get comfortable with makerspos 2 0 questions? please reach out to the vendor team mailto\ vendorsupport\@shopmakers ca feb 14, 2026 new announcement makerspos new features! over the last few weeks we have implimented some very exciting and helpful features inventory tracker!! you can now see a detailed log of each time your inventory changes for a product, and the reason it changed sales, returns, and manual edits, all now reflect low stock alert emails you can now setup low stock alerts in your inventory > edit product window these send 1x per day in the morning daily sales summary emails every morning you had a sale the day before you will now recieve 1 email outlining products sold email notificaitons can be toggled in the settings page updated sale email notifications & new emails for returns and exchanges you will now be notified about any returns/exchanges and will now only recieve 1 email notification per sale dashboard updates the dashboard now shows the remaining stock left for your top selling products updated sell through report this now shows sales data across all locations and can be filtered added new sidebar links to important help center pages performance & server upgrade we have upgraded our server speed and capacity, and now reports & information should load even quicker!
