makerspos account + inventory setup step by step guide step 1 welcome & login you will receive an acceptance email with a unique signup link use it to create your account, then log in at pos shopmakers ca https //pos shopmakers ca step 2 paying + confirming your membership once you click the link, you will be redirected to pos shopmakers ca https //pos shopmakers ca where you will need to pay for and confirm your membership only once your membership is paid, you will have access to the full menu bar on the left step 3 select your start date once logged in to makerspos, please click the 'select your move in date' button a calendar will pop up where you will be able to select an available start date within the set window note that your start date must be within 3 weeks of the date you've paid your deposit for new store openings (bayshore) the move in and set up days will be the two days prior to opening (aug 12 + 13) once selected, please click the 'confirm move in date' button step 4 creating your skus if you are an existing makers vendor! please note that all of your existing makerspos info (skus, inventory, etc) will be transferred over to the new makerspos on the evening of aug 2 please do not re enter your existing makerspos info and only follow the steps below if you are entering new products that do not yet exist in makerspos thank you! must read first > labelling, coding and pricing docid\ temvlo7mjjvg0pw6vzspd i nventory is where you manage all products for sale action click inventory in the left sidebar to add products to your inventory then click add product adding a product name name is the name of your product for example 'santa greeting card' or 'rainbow mug' sku format vendor codeβproduct code (e g , at123 001) for more detailed instructions, head to labelling, coding and pricing sku's m ust be unique sku must also appear on your product label along with your sticker price and the phrase 'tax inclusive' low stock alert once your product reaches this number or below, you will receive a low stock alert notice category please select your product category for your product quantity by location please enter the amount of product you will be bringing to the store, including overstock sample label you can click 'sample label' to generate a label example when you are done adding your product info, click 'add product' in the bottom right corner to save your product step 4 creating product options and variants product options and variants describe the different versions or configurations of your products for example t shirts (small, medium, large) mugs (8oz, 12oz and 20oz) or candles (citrus, vanilla) etc β οΈ note that product options and variants are not required for your product listings, but are available should you want to use them product option > option name is the name of the category of product variant for example 'size' for small, medium large or 8oz, 12oz and 20oz or 'scent' for citrus or vanilla values are the variant values like small, medium large or 8oz, 12oz or 20oz once the option name and values are entered, makerspos will auto populate the sku variations pictured above you can then add unique pricing and stock counts for each variant you can also add a low stock alert and a product category for your variants when you are done adding your product option values, click 'add product' in the bottom right corner to save your product step 5 add makerspos to your phone quick access makes adding inventory or checking sales faster action save makerspos to your homescreen or bookmarks β‘οΈ makerspos login https //pos shopmakers us step 6 track your sales you can track all your sales, payouts, and inventory from your makerspos dashboard navigate to reports in the sidebar to view your sales report and sell through report β
